Fliex is a B2B production and manufacturing partner operating between the Netherlands and the Zhejiang province in China.

What originally started as a specialist in jewellery presentation and private label packaging has grown into a broader production-focused business supporting European brands, retailers and agencies with structured production solutions in Yiwu and the wider Zhejiang region.

Our expertise lies in guiding and supervising light manufacturing and private label production within Yiwu and the broader manufacturing cluster of Zhejiang Province.

Fliex operates from its own office in Yiwu, China, one of the world's most dynamic regions for light manufacturing.

Our physical presence in Zhejiang enables us to:

• Maintain direct contact with suppliers
• Monitor production processes on-site
• Identify and resolve deviations early
• Actively monitor specifications and quality standards

We combine European communication standards with structured local implementation.

Production and quality control

In addition to private label and packaging solutions, Fliex offers independent, project-based production and quality management for companies that produce in Yiwu and Zhejiang Province, but do not have their own local presence.

Our role is management, not sourcing and not a commission-driven agency.

Supervision may include, among other things:

• Coordination with existing suppliers
• Sample and pre-production checking
• Monitoring of production processes
• On-site quality control
• Resolving production-related issues
• Verification of shipment readiness

All projects are carried out within a clearly defined scope and fixed project fee.

How we work

Fliex does not operate as a commission-driven sourcing agent.

We work with clear project agreements, fixed supervision fees, and transparent responsibilities. Production and logistics contracts remain directly between the client and the supplier, guaranteeing independence and clarity.
